Ann Wyeth McCoy

Ann Wyeth stated that she never "studied" with anyone, but with NC Wyeth as her father and Andrew Wyeth as her brother, talent and technique clearly were a part of her daily environment. Ann married one of her father's painting students, John McCoy, and they split their time between Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania and Spruce Head, Maine. In addition to being a painter, Ann was a musician and composer which may help explain the gift of the work below to Maine music legend, Al Corey.
