Edwin Gamble

Edwin Gamble had a long relationship with the state of Maine, from his childhood summers in Sorrento, to his studies at the Skowhegan School of Art and finally to the establishment of his studio in Brunswick. Well known for his sculptures and sumi paintings of shorebirds, Edwin Gamble's works are included in numerous collections including the Phillips Collection, the Farnsworth Art Museum and the Portland Museum of Art.
