Maine Art Collectors is pleased to offer for sale these works by Maine artist Marguerite Robichaux.  Marguerite was born in Alabama and received her M.F.A. from Louisiana State University.  She first visited Maine as a student and eventually made a home in the western Maine town of Stratton. 

 

Marguerite's paintings are in numerous museum collections including: Farnsworth Art Museum, New Orleans Museum of Art, Ogunquit Museum of American Art, Portland Museum of Art, Colby and Bates Colleges.

A very special watercolor by Marguerite Robichaux is Pink House which was painted during her six week residency at the Monhegan Artists Residency at the Carina House.
